Kim has worked with children diagnosed with an ASD and their families since 1998. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Major Psychology) in 1999. In 2007, she completed a Certificate in Infant Development and Supported Child Development from the University of British Columbia. She has a Master of Education in Special Education with a Focus on Inclusion from the University of Michigan. She regularly attends conferences and workshops related to autism. She is on The Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP). Kim became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2018

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst ™ (BCBA) is someone who possess a Masters Degree, has 225 hours of specific Graduate-level coursework, has been supervised by someone approved by the BACB for 75 hours, has at least 1500 hours of supervised independent fieldwork, and has passed the comprehensive Behavior Analyst Certification Examination.
