Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts (Major Psychology) from the University of British Columbia Okanagan and returned to the Kootenays to work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Motivated by the shared successes with families and children, she completed her Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Arizona State University. She continues to expand her knowledge and experience in the field of early intervention by attending conferences, reviewing research, and continuing to pursue mentorship in new and exciting areas of learning and development.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst ™ (BCBA) is someone who possess a Masters Degree, has 225 hours of specific Graduate-level coursework, has been supervised by someone approved by the BACB for 75 hours, has at least 1500 hours of supervised independent fieldwork, and has passed the comprehensive Behavior Analyst Certification Examination.
