Melissa currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia (2012) and has a background in behavioural research studying post traumatic stress disorder. She has been working with children diagnosed with Autism since 2013. She has experience working in home, school and a variety of community-based settings. Melissa continues to enhance her educational experience through a collaborative mentorship program with Shauna Wiebe.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst ™ (BCBA) is someone who possess a Masters Degree, has 225 hours of specific Graduate-level coursework, has been supervised by someone approved by the BACB for 75 hours, has at least 1500 hours of supervised independent fieldwork, and has passed the comprehensive Behavior Analyst Certification Examination.
