Kristen currently holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan (2012). She started working as a Behaviour Interventionist in 2012 and moved into a Senior Behaviour Interventionist role in 2015. She has been working with children diagnosed with Autism since 2012. She has experience working in home, school and a variety of community-based settings. Kristen continues to expand her knowledge by attending workshops and receiving mentorship from Shauna Wiebe.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst ™ (BCBA) is someone who possess a Masters Degree, has 225 hours of specific Graduate-level coursework, has been supervised by someone approved by the BACB for 75 hours, has at least 1500 hours of supervised independent fieldwork, and has passed the comprehensive Behavior Analyst Certification Examination.
